Bettering from within. Greater contributions can come from anywhere, including within our own walls. JMC H.E.R.O.E.S. (Helping Educate Responsible Outstanding Employed Staff) Program helps staff members with the cost of getting their licensed healthcare degree, we are providing employees with a chance to progress. Upon receiving their degree, they become employed by JMC as a Licensed Healthcare Professional.
To qualify, you must:

Have at least three months of employment experience at JMC

Maintain a 3.0 GPA

Maintain continuous enrollment until graduation

Agree to work for JMC for two years after graduation

Work at least 24 hours per pay period at JMC during attendance
