RN Residency Program
Jupiter Medical Center’s RN Residency Program provides new graduate nurses with training and mentoring through clinical residency. This program helps new nurses transition into the fast-paced hospital environment with confidence, comprehensive knowledge and enhanced skills.
In addition to didactic training in a classroom setting, program participants also receive an extended preceptorship on a nursing unit. All positions for this program are full-time only. Acceptance into the program requires a two-year commitment. Jupiter Medical Center offers competitive wages and benefits.
Applicant Requirements:
- Current Florida nursing license
- Two-year, full-time commitment to remain at Jupiter Medical Center
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a BSN or enrolled in an accredited BSN program within 90 days of start date
- Maintain compliance with hospital procedural standards and support and promote Jupiter Medical Center’s mission, vision and values
