Details:

Journaling promotes mindfulness, peace, heightened perception, and expanded view of circumstances. We will practice various journaling prompt to steer our paths towards new ways to problem solve, overcome obstacles, and resolve interpersonal conflicts.

Our workshop will include a Loving Kindness Meditation (Metta) which is an evidenced based practice that cultivates and nurtures feelings of unconditional kindness and love towards oneself and others. By incorporating Loving Kindness practices into your daily routine, you can improve emotional processing in the brain which in turn decreases negative emotions and habits, increasing social connection and a more positive outlook.
