Jupiter Medical Center Terms and Conditions

When you sign up for text messages from Jupiter Medical Center, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with Jupiter Medical Center, including updates related to your visits, MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, prescription reminders, and care management.

To opt-out of receiving text messages (also called Short Message Service or “SMS” messages) from Jupiter Medical Center, text STOP to the telephone number or short code (a 5-digit short code) that sent you a text message. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the telephone number or short code from which you opted out. If you want to join again, sign up using MyChart.
