If at any point, we are not meeting your expectations, please bring these concerns to the attention of the care team or a manager where you are receiving care. Your care team and their numbers are listed on the white communication board in your room.
How to Share
We encourage you to discuss your concerns with your caregivers in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible. However, if your issues have not been addressed to your satisfaction, we would like to hear from you.
For billing issues please contact the business office at 561-263-4440.
For questions regarding insurance coverage contact insurance verification at 561-263-7372.
For medical records, power of attorney, health care proxy, contact medical records at 561-263-7417.
For concerns after discharge related to your stay please contact our Patient Experience Department at 561-263-4562.

During business hours, please call 561-263-4562. All inquiries are addressed within 3 business days. If your situation is urgent and you have reached us during non-business hours, please call the hospital operators at 561-263-2234 and ask to speak to the Nursing Supervisor.

A patient has the right to express concerns or grievances regarding any violation of his or her rights, as stated in Florida law, through the grievance procedure of the health care provider or health care facility which served him or her and to the appropriate state licensing agency. Patients may express a concern or file a grievance by contacting Patient Experience at 561-263-4JMC (4562) or at patient.experience@jupitermed.com. The Patient Experience Team will contact you within three business days.
