Diabetes Support Group in Jupiter, FL
If you are living with a diagnosis of diabetes, you are not alone. It’s important to have support from family, friends and from other people with diabetes. A support group can provide a place to discuss issues that others with diabetes may be experiencing too, find resources and talk to health care professionals who are specially trained and certified in diabetes education.
Diabetes Support Group meets quarterly in March, May, August and November on the second Monday of that month from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.
Nutrition Counseling
Our registered dietitians is available to provide nutrition counseling to assist in management of diabetes.
