Post menopause is the time after you’ve been without a menstrual period for 12 months, it lasts the rest of your life. You may experience a number of physical symptoms and other issues that can occur after menopause. Join us for a discussion about managing these symptoms effectively and how medication or healthy lifestyle changes can reduce the risk of other issues. A Light meal will be served.
