Mindfulness Center
Calcagnini Center for Mindfulness
Your overall health and well-being encompass body, mind, and spirit. At The Calcagnini Center for Mindfulness at Jupiter Medical Center, patients throughout Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast experience a whole-person approach to care as they seek to understand and deepen the connections between their physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
The Mindfulness Center's trained staff address issues, challenges, and symptoms that diagnostic tests cannot uncover or explain. You'll explore and engage in a variety of integrative tools and experiences, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, mindful movement, communication, and journaling to manage stress by taking charge of your thoughts, emotions, and approach to managing problems.
Perhaps you're a cancer survivor, concerned that worrisome cells or symptoms might reappear. Maybe you're someone whose lifelong anxiety has been worsened by a recent heart attack or failing memory. Maybe you simply want more calm and clarity in your life, especially if you've experienced a health scare or are dealing with a serious health condition. It's important to learn how mood can influence good health.
We offer a variety of classes and programs to help you find the calm and clarity and start you on your journey to better health and well-being.

“Mindfulness practice means that we commit fully in each moment to be present; inviting ourselves to interface with this moment in full awareness, with the intention to embody as best we can an orientation of calmness, mindfulness, and equanimity right here and right now.” - Jon Kabat-Zinn
